As a semi-retired custom home builder I have to be quite picky on who works for me. I use Hanna for my personal residence and only them. The service is prompt, extraordinary, and their pricing is more than competitive. They just finished a major repair and finished early and below the original quote. The a/c system is running as good as new. The technicians were on time, professional and totally competent. The owner of the company is as honest and as straightforward as one can be. I would unequivocally recommend Hanna Heat and Air to both builders and homeowners alike.

So our AC went out at like 9:00 at night left Niles. A voice message got back to me within the hour and had somebody out first thing the next day affordable service got us up and running. I wouldn't take my business to anybody else. These guys are awesome. They get the job done and they do it right.

Professional and kind Hanna heating and air has been my go to for all my heating and air needs since 2004. I can call Niles anytime and he is there. I called with a possible issue with my unit on mother's day weekend and I had someone here on Monday morning but he said I could call on Sunday if things got worse!

Prompt and courteous service and got us up and running in very little time. They let me know how much the service call would be from the get-go which was appreciated. The unit is only 2 years old so hopefully this was a fluke and we won't need them anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely use Hanna!
