We did not have an emergency, but the thermostat wuit working on Christmas Eve. We got prioritized and serviced within 24 hours of our call. All was repaired to a stage where at least it worked and then it was a matter of waiting for a part to arrive. Thanks Mr. Hannah for working on Holidays to keep my family comfortable!!

Shawn the tech was good! Easy going fella, puts you at lease. Followed up with me, gave me insight of my HVAC issues. Professional and worthy of the Hanna name! However, I gave instructions that I would pay the bill! It was important that I receive the invoice!
